Room Rentals
The Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce’s Conference Center and Committee Rooms are available for usage by Chamber member and non-member employers and organizations upon a space-available basis and under the conditions and fees outlined here.
We’ll provide the technology, room set-up in classroom or roundtable style, water, soda and coffee. Additional add-ons are available.
Conference Center
(Seats 32 roundtable, 56 classroom style; approximately 34’x26’)
This room has three large TVs connected to a conference camera, microphone, and laptop.
Committee Room
Seats 20 roundtable, 30 classroom-style, 26’x18.5’
This room has a projector, screen, conference camera, laptop, and speaker.
