Cancellations

Unless stated differently in the brochure/supplemental document/online booking engine, the following applies:

  • Cancellations with 131 days or more before a departure $200 per person is retained, the cost of travel insurance/travel protection insurance is retained.
  • Between 130 and 101 days before departure: $800 per person is retained.
  • 100 and 81 days before departure: 50% is retained.
  • 80 and 31 days before departure: 85% is retained.
  • 30 days before departure or less, or no show 100% of the package price is retained.
