Scholarship Requirements:
- All recipients must pay a personal contribution of $50 toward the tuition fee.
- The Company/Organization must pay a minimum of $100 toward the tuition fee.
- Recipients must agree to the attendance policy. If the program is not completed for any reason, the scholarship must be repaid.

The Scholarship fund is limited. Please request only the amount you need to participate in the program. $1750 Leadership Lebanon Valley -Lebanon Valley Chamber Member Participant-( 50% contribution is preferred. Maximum scholarship contribution is $1,600).
