As President / CEO, Larry's primary responsibilities are to provide effective leadership for the Chamber and its members in pursuing organization's mission, overseeing internal operations and developing external relationships that benefit the Chamber, its members and the community.  Larry has staff responsibility for the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Manufacturers' Roundtable, Government Affairs Council and the Chamber Foundation.

As the Chamber's Office Manager, Donna coordinates all office activities, manages the Chamber's database, oversees bookkeeping functions and financial transactions and directs the office support staff, She also has staff responsibility for the Women In Business Committee, Military Affairs Committee and the Farm - City Committee.

Peggy has responsibility for the Chamber's workforce development efforts, education programs and initiatives and the Leadership Lebanon Valley (LLV) program. She provides staff support for the Committee of Small Business Enterprises, the ALERT Committee, the Job Fair, the LLV Board and LLV Alumni Association, plans and coordinates the annual Excellence in Education Banquet and oversees the Chamber's website.
